Transparent soft plastic mould. It came in a simple box with instructions on how to prepare the area before laying the protectors. The instructions are easy enough. I did get confused on how to remove stickers 1 then 2 for the touch bar film. But I did it. Unfortunately, I couldn't take the actual labels that said 1 and 2 off easily, some of it is still on the plastic resulting in a gluey mark still on there. It doesn't bother me. See photo.Placing the film on Touch Bar and Track Pad were not easy to do either. But it could be me not following the instruction. It doesn't look bad once laid on correctly.I am able to type on the keyboard easily, It doesn't feel heavy or sludgy.
