However 3 of the stools didn’t have this sheaf and don’t work, ie raise up and down as they should...you’ll see this in the video attached.I messaged the company Bigger2Bigger, through the message board and they eventually decided they were going to refund £32 back to my account apologising and asking us to keep the stools... I responded back and said I wasn’t after a refund as I wanted the stools to be working as they should and asked if they could send me the parts so that the 3 stools can work... I have 1 working stool and 3 that doesn’t.The company sends me another message advising that I should remove the sheaf as per their diagram...😡...er in all the messages and photos to them I have already advised them that I have no sheaf on three of the part no3...They’ve ignored my message!So guys be warned they don’t listen they have no customer service.. I still have 3 stools that don’t work oh and I still don’t have my £32 refund either. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to assemble *by B***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 August 2020* These stools were easy to assemble and are really comfortable to sit on.So good I bought two, to go with our breakfast bar. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great - for the price *by C***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 2 September 2021* Easy and quick to assemble. I did it on my own in 10 minutes for both. Ok so they're not particularly sturdy but they we pretty cheap.
