Not only are these fat-free, and farily low calorie, they are just absolutely delicious!So light, yummy! I love Pavlovas, a dessert made from a big meringue shell, filled with sweet, whipped cream, sometimes a pudding at the bottom, and topped with various fresh fruit: like strawberries, kiwi fruit, berries. Absolutely delicious! I make a very low-brow version by crumbling these cookies in a bowl, topping with fresh whipped cream, but, usually just Cool Whip, lol, then putting sliced fruit and berries on top. Sometimes a little chocolate sauce gets drizzled on top.
