Tastes delicious - not too sweet and with a nice vanilla flavor. The only thing is that there's no indication of the yield. I added the water and cream as instructed and when I beat it, it grew until it completely filled a large bowl - enough for at least three Boston cream pies. Now I know why it's so expensive - the price isn't bad when you account for how many desserts you can make with one bag.
