They will not replace the phone and will claim any reason not to. I bought my M9 off of Amazon June 11, 2015 and shattered the screen May 7, 2016. I requested the Uh-Oh Protection to cover it and they emailed me a link that led to a $100 off code and claimed because I clicked the link, I was not eligible for replacement. Do not buy HTC based on the false advertisement.
