The food processor is a great asset to have in the kitchen as it makes it easier to shred, chop, slice & grind vegetables as well as herbs and masala. The jar is useful to make smoothies and milkshakes. I like how the same main machine can be used as a food processor as well as attach the jar for other purpose. Therefore saves space in our kitchens.It comes with a UK kind of Plug. But I was able to buy a multi purpose plug attachment from the local electric store and fits easily in the Indian Plug Points. ( Picture attached)After purchasing the product I called up Orient Electric ( distributors of Kenwood In India) for a demo. All us faced the same problem as the Multi-mill rubber ring gets broken every two months, without ring you cannot process in liquid in the food processor. This ring the company claims is not covered under the warranty. The cost of the ring is 3 pieces are for Rs.1700/- i.e. roughly 10% of your product cost. You have spend every two month. This ring not available in local market. I regret I have purchased this product.
