I tried a ball and didn't like the results. Then I decided to purchase this infuser and was so glad I did. It is so easy to use and even came with a great set of instructions and tips. It's large enough to reuse and make a few cups, too.Novart and Apple Juice Crew has great customer service, too, and has a free tea guide (it was informative!) for customers.
