I found Julep back in 2015 by sheer luck and I ordered my first truest black gel eyeliner from them. I had only been using Revlon eyeliner pencils until I got them in mail. The gel eyeliner in these goes on smooth and feels lighter than any other eyeliner I have ever used. These minis are great. Same high quality products at a cheaper price. I only bought 2 of these minis but I am making another purchase tomorrow for at least 2 more of these.
