I have received the male w/grey background, and he is awesome!! We all LOVE him!!But, TODAY IS APRIL 23rd. I ordered these on April 2nd, and was given an arrival window of April 15-21. Both failed to arrive by the 21st, so I was then given a new arrival window of April 22-27. To make the situation worse, the "tracking number" doesn't work and hasn't been updated in 11 days (April 12th), so I have no idea where they are. In addition, I tried to contact the seller, and there is no way to direct message them. When you click "contact seller" it just takes you to the "seller messaging assistant" which is NO help at all.UPDATE: After posting this review I received a very nice and helpful email from the seller. With sincere apologies, the seller got right to work figuring out the shipping problems and contacted the shipper to upgrade my package to urgent.I received the 2nd and 3rd artworks today, and could not be any happier!!
