Easy to use. What makes it exceptional are the clear and detailed instructions that describe how to solve a non-flowing grease issue. And the company answers the phone and offers help immediately! The grease quit flowing three times. The instructions explained why this will occur and how to solve the problem. I was able to correct the issue quickly. The quick release mechanism is wonderful along with the storage zerk fitting on the gun. This is a tool that I do not regret having paid top dollar for. It is worth every dollar. The only CON comment is that the size of the head can limit access to tough to get at grease fittings. I was able to hit all nine of the fittings on the front end of my 2018 F53 Motorhome chassis. However, I had to have my wife turn and hold the steering wheel in order to access one of the fittings on my drag link. No big deal, but finishing the job required two people.
