I've had cellulite since I was 18 and have never had much success with any products, diet, or exercise. Using these along with diet and exercise though is a game-changer. Excellent results and easy to use. Does not leave bruising like I was afraid it might. I just use some body oil after a shower, massage it into my thighs well, and use the medium-sized cup in an upward motion, repeating a few times per area on each leg and on butt. I wish I did a before and after photo but I was too horrified to look at the before shot. lol. Seriously, buy these. You will not regret it. I had to place it by my knee joint to get the strong suction I wanted.With that being said, I already knew I loved cupping, it has already helped with the appearance of stretch marks and cellulite on my thighs.
