It is a piece of chinese junk. No quality control at all. Edit: After contacting seller, seller was nice and kind enough troubleshoot my problem. My input voltage was 0.5V less than the required voltage that you can see in the video which was the cause of the problem. As a buck converter you can draw 25W continiously provided you have attached heat sink and a cooling fan.
