If your a woman you can’t fully pump to capacity, unless U place the black knob on floor and push down to pump in a full cannistet of air, strong enough to dislodge anything in the drain. After 2 days of blowing air into the toilet (with water in it) my clog is finally gone after 4 months of bailing water into it after use . I am pleased with the interchangible attachments for tub, sink, wide toilet opening and narrow toilet opening.
