I can’t say if it’s working or not because he only drinks 1 shake a day instead of the recommended 2. He’s on ADHD meds and the meds tend to mess with appetite and growth so we’ve been using this in hopes of him not losing weight and maybe gaining some. At this point he’s not losing weight but we’ve only noticed a tiny bit of gain. Maybe he’d gain more if he’d drink 2 a day but this stuff is sooo expensive. We’ve used this packaging and the bag. I like this one better because, even though the single serve pouches create more waste, we know we’re getting the perfect portion and my son can do it himself without using too much or too little.
