I am a quinoa lover, I like to try new brands all the time because Ihave found that the taste and texture really changes depending on thequality of the quinoa. I am now in love with this quinoa!! The flavoris clean, fresh and rich, no bitterness at all. They claim that thisquinoa is pre washed and rinsed to take the bitter flavor that usuallyquinoa has, so I decided to give it a try, and I cooked it withoutrinsing it, I was so happy with the result! This is how I love to cookmy quinoa, first I toast it with some EVOO and add boiling water (2:1ratio, just like rice). I am very satisfied with this purchase andwill be ordering more for sure
