As always, the delivery service was quick and efficient. I loved this book from the very first page to the end. This book should be studied and read by anyone who is interested in not becoming a victim of circumstances but doing things where you are in control. It is a book about you and your loved one's safety and survival. As someone who has also taught many of these same principles to my fellow police officers and students in the past, the information taught in this book is very informative and will be of essential and practical value to anyone who wants to think and act like a survival warrior. The four parts in this fantastic book covers an enormous amount of material and this short review cannot do this book justice. Part, one teaches you about the SEAL mindset and survival psychology (my favorite topic). The second part, which is the largest, deals with numerous survival scenarios. The third part is all about gear and improvised weapons. The final part gives practical information on survival medicine. This excellent book provides specific and practical tips on how to deal with a wide range of incidents such as survival on ships, active shooter advice, airplane crashes, animal attacks, auto accidents, bombs, burglary and robbery, carjacking, fighting and numerous other incidents. I loved this book and highly recommend it for anyone who desires to take control of their lives and be ready for a multiple of things that could happen in our often-precarious life. Cade Courtley explains many scenarios one may encounter in life....the ones that you might need a few survival tips to get yourself out of or deal with. Bare in mind that the majority of these tips you will hopefully never need and after a few months might even forgot what you read, nevertheless all his info is useful. Also bare in mind that you will not be uplifted in spirit while reading this book as it deals with the stark reality of YOU vs. the Bad Guys and will spark your "situational awareness" up a few notches!!
