It is well made, waterproof, and attaches easily with velcro that is long enough to bypass accessories and still wrap around the handlebar. It has two zippers for the one opening so it can be opened from either end. It's spacious. I can fit a spare tube, tools, a sunglass case, wallet, etc. I like the clear exterior pocket on the top for the phone. The one thing I will do is add a small piece of velcro tape to close it just to be sure the phone never slides out when riding over a lot of bumps. It hasn't slide out - probably because the clear vinyl seems to suction a bit to the phone screen when it's laying in there face up, but I'll do it as an ounce of prevention!
