After going over the manual and ALL of my connections, I tested by meter, as well as, by replacing this unit with a real amp and speakers that I knew worked. Everything except the unit was fine. After using the trouble shooting section of the manual I found that by turning the gain to almost nothing I could get the unit to kick on long enough to prove it had signal and produced sound. Unfortunately the unit shut down (self protection mechanism I suspect) and kept turning on and shutting off. I would have called someone for help, but there was Zero contact information with the unit and NO Help Line. I finally broke down and took the install to a dealer who found the same results.So here I am with an amp that cost $150 and doesn't work.I would love to return it, or even get it fixed under the warranty, but there is NOWHERE to contact to get it repaired and you can only return it for 30 days.
