A: No, I’m sorry but the manifold that you have is an older 12 bolt manifold. They are discontinued.

**Q: What bolt pattern holley or rochester?**
A: Technically, this accepts both. Holley applications use an adaptor plate between the manifold and carburetor.

Not a perfect fit.  The thermostat housing sticks out a bit more to the front causing the alternator to be too tight.  I had to get a larger belt.  Also the extra "nubs" around the carb area were a problem.  I didn't want to grind them down so I had to trim the adapter plate for my Holly carb to make it fit.  It was still the best option available with the part not available all summer from Volvo-Penta.  The shipping and service was perfect.
