I had purchased it, I was expecting it, I KNEW what was in the box, and I still had to work up a little nerve to actually touch it. This looks real. Very real. If you want to gross someone out or give the perfect gift to the poo-appreciator in your life, this is the thing to get.I immediately brought it in and showed it to my four-year-old son. I told him to try touching it, and he flat out refused. He wouldn't go near it.The actual bar of soap feels like soap. It's waxy and has a pleasant smell. I can't say that my brother-in-law or I have used it in this capacity, though. You'll have to look elsewhere for a review of its cleansing and foaming caliber.
