Seem very well made and arrived on time and in good shape which I was surprised with since the two I ordered were also contained within a box that shipped a 25 pound bag of dog food!The product described was exactly what I received. It does indeed conduct cold extremely well and the wife uses hers for just about any cold drink EXCEPT mules! Made a few miles from the enclosed recipe cards and have yet to try the others but am looking forward to it. As I stated very well made and can't detect any flaws.I wish Amazon would have sent them in a separate shipping container as I think placing them in with 25 pounds of other goods was an accident waiting to happen but guess I lucked out so no harm done. I was expecting to see a dented mug or at least a bent handle when I took them out. Anyways, good product and reccomended. I hear their customer service is highly rated as well, hopefully I won't have to use them. Oh, just make sure you hand wash these babies too. Treat them with respect. The first mug had a manufacturer's defect that my wife noticed and though it did not affect the function, I decided to see if the company would mind if I returned it for another. This company is bent on customer satisfaction and I had absolutely no issues with returning the mug and getting another in exchange. It is beautiful to look at and helps to keep beverages cold. While we are not heavy users of alcohol, we did buy some Ginger Beer and have found that we like the taste (neither my wife or I had every heard of it before). So all around we are pleased with the product but especially with the customer focus that they provided.
