Review: The shampoo dried my hair - This product dried my hair and gave me split ends. I lost a lot of hair during the step two treatment because the shampoo matted my hair. The next two days my hair was pretty straight. After I washed my hair instead of it being really curly it was wavy. But then went back to really curly. Overall I wouldn't buy this product again

I used this product a few years ago and I loved it. I loved it equally to the straighteners the salons used. Now, the product has changed. It doesn't work as well. It smells a lot like "permanent". That smell...but, the effect isn't the same any more. I will not use this product anymore. I give it 2 stars only because it does work for a short term, but takes hours to put in and only works through one or two shampoos.
