The item was difficult to assemble even with the tools provided and then once it was assembled, it fell apart. It wouldn't stay in place. The seat kept falling down and the left handle bar where the brake is located, fell off too! Not good quality at all. When I reported it and requested a refund, I was informed that the vendor doesn't provide refunds, instead they sent me another scooter exactly like it.
