If you have three devices (switches or WiFi units) in your Insight Portal and have three device credits in hand from Amazon; then when you check out of the store you can ONLY add ONE device credit and still have to purchase two more from the portal. Effectively, making the other two device credits that you have in you hand worthless. In addition, NetGear has disavowed these License Keys being sold by Amazon. Why is Amazon selling these things on the Store? You can easily purchase the device credits directly on NetGear Portal direct which is what you HAVE TO DO! The Customer Support was ZERO on a scale from 1 to 10 on this topic and other related NetGear Insight issue.
