I needed to replace my old coat with one that came down past my hips a little, and was completely waterproof, and still had a hood and pockets. It is nice and light, and although I haven't gotten to use it outside yet, the material is much nicer than the swishy-sound material most rain coats are made of. HOWEVER--- I read so many reviews about it being too small order up. NOT TRUE. I am 5'4 and 124, and Im normally an XS in most things but wanted to be able to wear a sweatshirt or something underneath when its cold, the SMALL is HUGE on me! I'm swimming in it. Way below my butt, and i could wear a winter jacket underneath and still have room. This is obviously not the companies fault- but i would caution people in ordering a size up. Will be exchanging for a smaller size most likely. ### ⭐⭐ Cheap material *by S***Z on March 26, 2017* Although this is advertised as 'wash by hand' the instructions say "wipe clean with a damp cloth". Although the jacket is interesting and looks well made, the color fabric is very cheap. More like a thin vinyl.Too cheap for me! Why would they make a jacket you can't even 'hand wash'? ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ True RAIN jacket *by S***D on June 2, 2017* If you want a true rain jacket this is it, but bear in mind, this is actually more of a "slicker". The outer layer is a very lightweight, almost rubbery material, but is very flexible, very light. I should've realized this may be the case when the description states it's waterPROOF. It looks nice, fits nice, but I'll be returning it because it's not a jacket I would wear unless I was intending to be out in the rain or possibly in some boating instances.
