Then there is customer service, I accidentally order wrong grind size, but when I contacted KCroasters they help me get my desired grind size and delivered to me on time. I liked two of them and the third was quite bland for my taste. I am not a specialist in coffee by any standard but could recognise and appreciate the different notes in the taste and the subtleties. One was more chocolaty and another was fruity. The third was very weak. If you like black coffee you should surely try these for an experience. If you take with creamer you might find them a little weak and also may not appreciate the different notes in the flavor.
