I like this one because it is a whole food and not chemical based. After 2 weeks of taking this, I have found that my trips to the bathroom have been regular and consistent, I have more energy levels, especially in the morning and throughout the day. I am able to keep my motor going through the workday. I cannot speak to immune system improvement, brain function, or heart health improvements. All in all, I feel better and I feel sharp at work. There are two things I wish this company could change: 1. figure out how to take less product from 4 a day to maybe 2- obvious reasons here- 4 tablets, 2 in AM and 2 PM seems to be too much.
