Of course it came to a point where the earpads were flat and uncomfortable to wear after an hour (I also have glasses all day). I looked up some replacement and chose this product.The fabric seems to be the same to me than the original one, it come with the little plastic circle so you don't need to remove it from the previous ones (this is suppoesdly the most difficult part of the assembly), it comes with a tool to unconnect the earpads, some extra ear protections and a new headband.I am very happy about the product, for less than 20 pounds I have found my headset to be as comfy as it was when I bought it years ago, and fell in love with its incredible spacialisation capabilities.Go for it! I bought this particular one because I wanted the top headband. The top cushion isn't a perfect fit on HD518 but it's fine. The material is fine but not amazing which is why I give a 4 star. The inner disk foam thing is a bit trash but I didnt use it/need it anyway.
