My nose was broken and along with that came horrible bruising. I began using the product on Sat afternoon and by Wednesday, most of the bruising was gone! This product is AMAZING! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is the best I have ever used. *by J***N on February 27, 2019* I used this after a fall down the stairs in which I had bruising on my entire side. Within three days of using it , bruise is changed from purple to almost nonexistent. It helped much more than the lidocaine patches did for the pain, also. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not for every ache, but for some, more effective than other offerings. *by C***R on March 31, 2019* My wrist lately has been feeling like I might be suffering from a slight dose of tendonitis or carpel tunnel due to mouse use. I tried a couple of lotions containing menthol, both of the hot and cold variety, but Arnica 35 has offered the most relief, and I am able to gain hours of pain-free use after applying.However, in the front of my shoulder, where x-rays have shown arthritis, the lotions with menthol have so far been more effective there. (And, they all seem to contain some arnica themselves, tho how much is not stated generally.)
