In terms of resistance it goes from a pretty easy lowest setting up to a higher range comparable to a Captains of Crush number 2 I would say by feel, so pretty heavy resistance; but with plenty of interim resistance options. It's probably the most premium quality on the market. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best grip strengthener I have tried and bought *by A***W on 23 March 2020* I have owned two of the other style of 'trigger' grip strengthener, they are all made of plastic with metal spring and on both occasions, they have exploded as the plastic fractures and breaks. On the second occasion, I was holding the strengthener towards the ground below my seat - one bitten, and all that. This version, on the other hand, is entirely made of metal and robust beyond words. It's heavy and I cannot imagine it letting me down. The only two small flaws it has; the handles are circular and metallic. As such, it's a little tricky to hold and you need to make sure you have 100% dry hands or it can be slippery to touch despite the textured surface. It would have been better to have a more ergonomic surface. Secondly, the load goes up in increments; 25kg, 36, 47, 58, 69 and 80kg. There is no in-between.
