I thought I was going to have to buy a new laptop, but now I am very happy with this one. Great fit and easy to install! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars The Customer Support Behind this battery is Fabulous *by A***E on Reviewed in the United States on May 8, 2020* I bought this battery almost 9 months ago. It is a great battery and gave my laptop almost 5 hours life. I started having some charging issues after 9 months and wasn't sure what the cause. After contacting LQM, they immediately responded and asked me to try a couple of things. They were great step by step instructions. When the suggestions didn't resolve the problem, they sent me a new battery. I am so impressed with the support many months later. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Arrived very quickly, matched OEM battery, pretty easy installation, laptop works great *by E***B on Reviewed in the United States on August 7, 2020* Just swapped out the old battery. Everything turned on and worked properly. Can't speak to session or long term battery life yet. I will come back and update this review if there are issues. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/138752076-lqm-42wh-wdx0r-laptop-battery-for-dell-inspiron-13-5368](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/138752076-lqm-42wh-wdx0r-laptop-battery-for-dell-inspiron-13-5368) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
