As others have stated - calling this story a graphic novel is way off base. I did not read the reviews before ordering and was under the impression that it was a chapter book, as most graphic novels are. This book is the size of a beginning reader book you'd find in a preschool or kindergarten. The story itself is very brief and not well developed. Probably the only saving grace of this "novel" is that the art is good.
