Within a week I found I was unable to charge my new twister so arranged a return. A week later (I was very slow at sending it back) I found it was charging again. Another month later and again it wouldn’t charge. I am now unable to raise a warranty return for this product although I understand that the warranty repair option for faulty goods should still apply.
