- Constructed from solid wood in structural areas and MDF in cosmetic areas. With an opaque finish, MDF is the required proper material to use on large surface areas and provides a smoother, more trouble free finish.
- The stair section is reversible (the stairs can be placed on the left hand or right hand side of the bed). It ships fully assembled from the floor to the top of the top step.
- All Discovery World Furniture bunk beds are tested and certified to meet the ASTM 1427-07 regulations set forth by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
- A slat kit is included, making this bed mattress ready. No need to purchase a bunkie board or box spring.
