I needed 2 of them to be gender-neutral for the boys in our group. When the packing envelope arrived and I opened it the plastic packaging was torn and completely off of the felt pouch containing the lanyards. The pouch and lanyards themselves were unscathed and didn't appear to be previously used, but it was a little off-putting to not have it properly sealed. The lanyards appear to be properly sewn and both the buckle and the clasp securely work. The plastic card holders seem to be a good thickness and were a bit difficult to get open so they should stay nicely sealed when we're using them. Aside from the packaging blip, the only other thing I was a bit miffed at was that the designs I ordered were 4 distinct prints (tropical leaves, b/w chevron, blue, and floral), but I received 2 of the floral print and no blue. That isn't an earth-shattering problem, but it will mean that two of us have to be careful not to mix up our lanyards. Luckily, the chevron and leaves can pass as not being too girly for the boys to use. The felt pouch is actually a nice thick felt with 2 snaps that can be useful for holding other things like pencils or whatnot. Overall, these are a good value (nothing fancy, but doesn't feel totally cheap) and decent quality and I expect it will work well for our cruise. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Waterproof and very durable *by M***E on Reviewed in the United States on August 14, 2019* I ordered these for our Cruise we took August 5-9. They made things so much easier for us. We had to carry our Sea passes on us and u carried my husband's, our sons and my own in the clear zipper holder. My daughter carried her own in another lanyard and my sister in law and mother in law used the other 2. It made it much easier carrying our Seapasses around our necks than having to constantly get them out of our pockets. So these will be going until our stuff to use for future cruises and when these wear out, I will purchase the same lanyards again. The only complaint I can make is that occasionally it took a few tries to get the holder to close. But once closed it was completely waterproof. We went to the Bahamas so these got the ultimate test of heat, water, sand, being opened and closed many many times. Super cute & fun. I am on my second one of 4 now. The first one got caught on something and the clip completely snapped in half and was super sharp so it is unusable. They smelled really weird when they arrived so I had to air them out for a bit before use.
