This is lower in fat and sugar than others I've found with a better taste to boot. I love this on bread, graham crackers, and rice based crackers that don't compete with the delicious, balanced pecan taste. It is textured but not at all gritty or oily as other nut butters can be. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ To DIE for!!! It's neither too thick nor too thin and easy to mix and spread. I appreciate that is not adulterated with other nuts, as some nut butters are; It's purely pecans. It is salted, but not overly so, to my taste. The fact that it is in a glass jar, rather than a plastic one, is (to me) a plus. The only downside of this is the shape of the jar, which makes getting the last dregs out difficult. (Oh, for the tongue of a giraffe!)My last comment has to do with the texture. I noted one of the reviewers complained that this product was not "smooth", as advertised. While it does not have big chunks, it does have a little texture -- it is not as smooth as Jif -- but I think this adds to its appeal.
