This one came in a pack of 3 and the workout I typically do calls for medium and hard strength. When I first received them they actually felt a lot more resistant than I thought that I actually opted to use the light one just in case. I have to say these are very well built and seem pretty durable. They stay in place through my 30 min workout which is great so I don't have to continuously keep stopping to pull them back in place. They came in a nicely packaged and can are extremely easy to travel with which is a huge plus for me. This along with my jump rope is a necessary.
