I was in Korea this winter and started liking persimmon tea. It is not bitter like some of green teas, and not as strong as black tea. It is healthier than black tea. I brought a box of a different brand from Korea and when it was over I started trying various brands of persimmon tea I could find on Amazon. I really like this one. The tea in the bag is powdery. It brews fast. Instant color in the cup. The tea is medium dark, with a pleasant mild to medium taste. The taste lingers for a long time (I like to sip my tea over a long time, sometimes a whole hour, when it gets cold). It's not a rash but there are definitely red splotches. It won't stop me from drinking the tea. It reduces bloating and helps with my acid reflux. Also, I like that it has vitamin C. I don't read Korean so I have no idea how much it has but some is better than none especially since I can't drink orange juice anymore.
