I can't take pills easily because of a medical condition so this is a blessing. I pour about half of one of these small bottles into a Coke and ice. I get some pain relief from my arthritis that I don't always get from my meds, especially around storms. I don't know if there has been any real peer reviewed research that says that this stuff works but my back and hips believe this helps.
