Logitech Harmony Express Universal Voice Remote with Amazon Alexa

I did not open the package.I own 3 fire devices. All 3 stopped last week.That's not a remote issue, its the sticks.We have 1st, 2ne, and 3rd generation units.They want me to trade in, and pay again.I'm thinking if I ever get the tv's of the wall, we will get ROKU units.I spend a great amount of my shopping dollars at Amazon.I love my Kindles, and DID love the fire sticks.And don't ask for help, or to chat.They never have an answer.I do, ROKU.

After a 44 minute call to Amazon, I ordered this. Now I realize it was the stick that needed replacing, not the plug ins. One day does not work when it's from another place. Now I've wasted valuable time, and need to clear this to order the whole thing again. like larger remote easier to handle.

It works just fine EXCEPT when watching a multi-episode show. When the option to click "next episode" comes up, nothing happens when you select it and then you have to go to home page, select "seasons & espisodes" scroll through and find the next episode. Don't know why that happens.

The product does not work with Amazon Fire Stick attached to a TV. After pairing the device it appears to work until you enter an application and attempt to select a sub menu item - nothing happens! Also the volume and channel selection do not work. The instructions, written in broken English give a clue: (in Bold letter) "Since the amazon (sic) box and dongle have no (V+,V-,PG,PG, mute) function,the (V+,V-,PG,PG, mute) button on the remote won't work on it, but it can works (sic) on PC or other android box".Don't waste your money on this remote!

I was a bit disappointed with this. I got it so both myself and my husband would have a controller. The enter button doesn't work so he can move around but not select anything. It seems like an obvious thing you would need.

Description clearly states 100% refundable if not satisfied but I cannot reach the seller to get my money back. Does not work with Fire Stick as advertised. Do not order from seller. Will not honor 100% Money Back Guarantee.

Does not work! Bought a new fire stick 4k, and it does not work with all functions. Volume control doesn't work, doesn't recognize my tv, can't turn off the TV with the remote and much more. Sorry I bought it!

It doesn’t work for Hulu or Funimation. You can arrow around but can it select anything. Making this near useless and nearly a complete waste of money money.
