This device saved me lots of headaches. It’s super easy for him and timed so he knows when he is done. The device brushes his whole mouth at once so it also takes less time. When I asked a dentist friend about the mouthpiece toothbrushes, he said that it was "probably" better than nothing, but definitely not comparable to a good electric toothbrush or manual teethbrushing. I tried it myself (i have a small mouth) and my teeth were still gummy with plaque that a regular toothbrush would remove.
