It fits well but the cup is on the small size. I guess L will be a bit too lose around the chest so I think I picked the right size. It compress my bust prety well. It is comfortable to wear and a bit tricky to zip at the beginning. The pads are not very big and I find it more comfortable with the pads than without. I find it comfortable for gym activities and short jogging, and also for wear at home. Not tested with any vigorous (for the breast) activities like long run, horseback riding, etc. For the black bra please have in mind that the padding is white and it can be seen through. I prefer the gray one. The bras are exactly as on the pics so I'm not uploading any.
