In my own voice, "The vinyl is pretty great for in-home use if you care about your hardwood floors." I'm 6', currently over 250lbs (working on that). I have weight training 3 days a week and cardio 3 days. I like having the 35lbs kettlebell around the house to help me practice my form and stretch when needed. It's a good utility level weight to have around as it's not too light so you feel like you're throwing it around and it's not too heavy where you're having to warm up just to pick the thing up properly. Also, when I do form check by standing right up to a well, the vinyl is really nice the my paint in case I do happen to scrape it on the way down or up.

This kettle ball is top notch. I've only used it very little because it is a bit light for me. I use the 10 lbs version a lot more. Nonetheless, this is a 5 star item. The grip is good and can be used with no gloves although it is a bit slick with bare hands. Would be nice to have a grippy coating of some type on the handle but that is a minor thing. Very versatile in the types of things you can do with it and will last for years under normal and correct use (don't throw it around). Definitely would suggest this to anyone looking to get a light weight kettle ball.
