It is offered here as a simple to install rugged complete 20' kit. You will get everything you need to completely assemble a highly functional hand operated pressure well pump down 23ft. If you need to go deeper we carry threaded extension sets in 20' packages and single sections. Or, your local hardware store carries the 1-1/4" and 1/2" PVC pipe to take it as deep as you need. HOW THE HANDY WELL PUMP WORKS. The simple, durable ball check mechanism in our piston combined with our exclusive turbulence rings makes for a piston that needs no seals and no maintanance. The lead free brass foot valve incorporated in the base of the pump has a stainless steel mesh to filter out particles. This is especially helpful when you are using the pump in a pond or lake. EVEN THE HANDLE IS UNIQUE. A male threaded schedule 80 lift pipe that mates with the female thread on the handle. This allows for the removal of the handle for storage when not in use. There is a threaded female cap included with the handle to seal the lift pipe and keep your well clean. The handle is designed so that it can easily be operated to fill a bucket or with a hose connected you can have water where you need it. A threaded garden hose adapter is incorporated into the end of the handle to make it easy to attach a hose for water transfer. Durable cushion grip handles are incorporated for comfortable use. We now include a pressure valve that allows you to pressurize your home water system or pump water up hill to an overhead tank through a water hose. Our Extension sets have been redesigned to last for many years under heavy use. Each section now has a stainless steel threaded coupler and schedule 80 riser pipe. 60ft. of extensions are included with this kit.
