Helped with recovery nutrition when paired with a bcaa intra workout. Only issue is seller aspenbreeze. Sent me orange instead of lemonade. It tastes like licking a dirty amrpit covered in cat urine with hints of butt sweat. Also it takes forever to mix. When u add water it turns into this white slime. The only way i have gotten it to mix fully was in a mini blender. Disgusting flavor and poor mixing qualities aside. It does give a fair amount of energy.. It is more effective than c4 with less of the niacin flush feeling. Still....the good does not outweigh the bad. Avoid this pre workout unless you enjoy mixing forever and gagging..
