I have some dry areas on my knees and the tops of my feet which I sometimes try body scrubs on - I've never seen any actual improvement but I like the feeling and the routine of applying it. This cream is fairly thick, meaning I only need to dip a couple of fingers in each time. The coarseness of the cream isn't immediately apparent due to the thick texture, but once applied you can feel it doing its job. There isn't much of a smell, at least not compared with other ones I have tried - it's a lightly fruity moisturizer scent. I've been using this for a while now and while there isn't much of a visual difference on the areas I have been applying it, those spots do feel a little softer - could be in my head, but then that's half the battle. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ An English natural product that seems good quality but is rather expensive *by J***K on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on November 17, 2016* My wife has used this Elemental Herbology Macadamia and Papaya Body Scrub for a week or so – about four treatments so far - and has rather mixed feelings about it. She likes the fact that this is a natural product that is made in England from quality ingredients and does seem to work reasonably well. There is very little scent, as you would expect from this brand, and the product is pleasant enough to use – however at thirty pounds for a 200ml pot the product does seem rather expensive for what you get and what is in it. It comes in a box and feels heavy in weight. The scrub itself is thick, and set. Almost like a body butter. It does not lather when used, and in that way is similar again to a body butter. The scent is subtle and pleasant. It does a reasonably good job as a scrub.
