But since I have been taking these (combining with Vit D supplement), my chronic constipation is almost gone! My B12 levels as tested by the GP were declared under the range and hence I never bothered to take any supplement for them and this was only out of desperation I started taking these. But what a huge difference!If you also suffer from stomach issues, I do suggest to take B12 (even if within the range, i.e. on the lower end) combining with Vit D for a month and see if that helps.
