Well made, holds up to the rain well. Also doubles as a mudguard and so far so good.Little elastic straps on the top are great for lashing odd items.Only complaint is the straps that go through the saddle have this odd hook arrangement. Assume this was supposed to be for a quick release, but in practice it just makes it hard to really strangle it to the seat. Not a deal breaker.Fit to small frame road bike 50cm with no issue, plenty of clearance
