It is proudly made in the UK to a very high standard and offers exceptional value for money. The outer cover is easy to remove and wash at 60Β°C. There is an inner waterproof cover that protects the core but can also be used as a sleep surface whilst the outer cover is in the wash.The outer cover is made from a 3D knitted fabric that offers increased airflow through the mattress. This in turn aids temperature regulation ensuring a dry and comfortable sleeping environment for your baby and hopefully will lead to many restful nights sleep. The reverse water resistant side offers an alternative sleep surface when more protection is required. Being hypo-allergenic, the fabric helps to protect against allergens that cause asthma and eczema. The foam for this mattress has been specifically developed for nursery mattresses. It is free from organophosphate flame retardants which have been identified as a risk for children, therefore this mattress is completely free from phosphorus, antimony and arsenic.
