Really unfortunate that almost none of the boards were attached to the rail upon arrival. See photos. The finished wood is stapled onto the rails the hold it together. That's right, stapled. For a $200+ product, the manufacturers should really consider something a bit sturdier than thin little staples. Additionally, the boards were not all lined up, some as much as 1/2" out of level with the others. If I want to use I will need to make a trip to Home Depot, spend another $30-$40, and spend a few hours preparing the boards before I can even hang them.Additionally, one of the boards is cracked.
